Refund Policy

1. Goodwill refund window

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund of the price you paid within 14 days of your purchase, by emailing legal@runmyai.app from the address used to purchase. This goodwill window is offered in addition to — and does not replace — any statutory right you have.

2. EU/EEA/UK statutory right of withdrawal (digital content)

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. Because RunMyAI Desktop is digital content supplied immediately on download/activation, you are asked at purchase to: (a) expressly consent to immediate supply, and (b) acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory right of withdrawal once supply begins. Where you have not given that consent and acknowledgment, the 14-day statutory right applies in full.

3. What is refundable

  • The license fee for the current paid period.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval.

4. What is not refundable

  • Local compute, electricity, bandwidth, or third-party costs you incurred while using the Software (there are no per-token fees paid to the Company).
  • Amounts beyond the most recent paid period, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

5. How to request a refund

Email legal@runmyai.app with your purchase reference. We may ask one or two questions to resolve the underlying issue, but a refund within the window does not require a reason.

6. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights under the law of your country of habitual residence (including the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, EU Directive 2019/770, or equivalent). Those rights prevail to the extent applicable.
